Homeowners all over Charlotte NC and surrounding areas are choosing to go modern. Throughout the city, one can see old one story bungalows being replaced by 3 story boxy structures that are true attention grabbers. Inside you will see clean lines, earthy tones, and visually stimulating features really make the “modern home”. As in the staircase shown above, horizontal metal railings have been all the rage in modern design,  as well as cable railings and glass panels for staircases and balconies.
